Services

FREE Initial Consultation
During our free consultation, we’ll take time to discuss your child’s current situation, including any concerns you have and the supports they’re receiving. I’ll gather some background information to better understand your needs, and we’ll review the advocacy services I provide, along with pricing. This is also a chance to ensure that I’m the right fit to support your family and help you navigate the special education process with confidence and clarity.
Disclamer
Advocacy services do not constitute legal representation. Services are educational and consultative in nature.
Records Review
A Special Education Records Review is a comprehensive analysis of all documentation related to your child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). This includes a detailed review of:
- IEPs (past and current)
- Evaluations and assessments
- Prior Written Notices (PWNs)
- Progress reports
- Meeting notes and communication logs
- Any other relevant educational records
The goal of this review is to ensure your child’s educational plan is both legally compliant and truly aligned with their unique needs.
Once the review is complete, we will schedule a meeting to go over my findings in depth. Together, we’ll discuss a clear, personalized plan of action to support your child moving forward.
If you choose to move forward with the records review only—without ongoing advocacy support—you will still receive a detailed written report outlining my findings, concerns, and specific recommendations to help guide you and your child on the next steps.
IEP Advocacy
IEP Advocacy includes all of the following services:
- Records Review
- Attending IEP Meetings (in-person or virtually)
- Providing Guidance
- Providing Written Communication to Send to Schools
- Collaborating with the IEP Team
- Researching Solutions
- Periodic Phone Calls and Emails
My goal is to ensure every child has access to a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment possible. I are here to be your partner, your voice, and your advocate every step of the way. The goal will always be to work until your child receives what they require in order to be successful.
Mediation & Due Process
While many IEP teams are able to reach agreements through collaboration, there are times when discussions come to an impasse. In such cases, legal representation may be necessary. I can provide a list of experienced special education attorneys who practice in your area.
I also offer support during mediation and Due Process proceedings to help ensure your child’s rights are protected. Please note that participation in mediation and due process hearings is not included in the standard IEP advocacy service package and will incur additional fees.
